Please remember to follow the drop off and pick up procedures found under “Arrival and Dismissal of Students” in your school handbook. The areas in front of the main building on Chestnut and Pearl Streets are loading/unloading zones only. Parking is not permitted in these areas during arrival and dismissal times. Please remember to pull all the way forward in these zones. Buses have priority in the loading/unloading zone on Chestnut Street. Additionally, parking, stopping, loading/unloading is not permitted in front of the primary building on Chestnut Street. Please be aware that local law enforcement will enforce the posted signage and that St. Mary School does not have control over this enforcement.
The St Mary’s Cub Scout Pack 141 is holding an informational meeting tonight, Thursday Sept 18th at 7pm in the Spirit Center. Boys 1st – 5th grade are welcome to participate. SCRIP CASUAL DAY TOMORROW, September 19. Want to get a pass for your child? Buy $200 in SCRIP in one month. Its that easy! You buy gift cards for items you are already going to purchase, and the school earns a portion of the card amount. These are the designated casual days for this school year: October 17, November 14, December 12, January 16, February 20, March 20 (subject to change due to Living Stations of the Cross), April 17 and May 15. Click here for an order form, and you can send your order in ahead of time with your child, or stop in Mondays 8-10 and Friday after school 2:15 to 3 in the Copy Room (located beside the Spirit store case, across from the gymnasium door). . Sacramental Preparation 2014-2015 Please be diligent in adding these events to your calendar so you may be faithful in attending these important sessions. If you’re unable to attend or miss a session, the responsibility is yours to contact me that following week so we can cover the material you missed. Also, deadlines for sacramental forms are very important, so please be sure to submit information on time or your son or daughter may not be able to receive the sacrament as scheduled. As a parent, you are the primary teacher of the faith to your child. Father Eilerman and I are happy to assist and support you in any way we can with this very essential charge in forming you child’s mind and heart with the teachings of our Lord and His Church. In your charity, please pray that the Holy Spirit may guide and bless our preparations this year.

On-line orders must be placed by 11:00 p.m. the Tuesday before pick up date each month. Helpers arrive at 8:00 a.m., pick up will run from 8:30-9:30.
