Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

On Monday, June 22nd we will officially be starting a summer strength & conditioning program for all students who will be 7th & 8th graders at St. Mary for the 2015-16 school year.  The program will be hosted at Fisher Catholic Monday-Friday at 10am.  The program will consist of weight lifting M,W,F and speed/agility training T,TH.  Each session will teach the fundamentals of very basic exercises involving little to no weight with a big emphasis on technique and will last no longer than 45-60 min. we will be done no later than 11am.  There will be plenty of middle school and varsity coaches there to supervise.  The week of July 4th the program will only be M-W.  The last day of the program will be Friday, July 17th.
