As we prepare for Lent, the cafeteria will offer the following:
On Ash Wednesday, February 10th, and on all Fridays during Lent, we will be offering tuna salad and hard boiled eggs as toppings for our Chef Salads and a Fish Sandwich as a Brown Bag option.

All of our items sold as “extras” meet USDA guidelines for Smart Snacks. They are all reduced fat, low sodium and sugar and are whole grain products. Fresh fruit and veggies are also always available as “extras”.
