Erin Schornack is beginning her eleventh year serving as a Principal in the Diocese of Columbus. Ms. Schornack joined St. Mary School in 2012. She has been an educator in the Diocese of Columbus for fifteen years. Ms. Schornack began her career as a third and fourth grade teacher at St. John School in Logan where she later served as the Principal and Preschool Director for six consecutive years before coming to St. Mary School. Ms. Schornack earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the Franciscan University of Steubenville, holds a graduate degree in Education and Allied Professions from the University of Dayton, and completed the University of Dayton’s Principal Licensure Program. She holds a five year Professional Principal License for grades PK-6 and 4-9, a five year Professional Teaching License for grades K-8, a Permanent Non-tax Certificate, and Advanced Religion Certification from the Diocese of Columbus. Born and raised on the East Coast, Ms. Schornack and her family have lived in the Lancaster area for the past fifteen years and are St. Mary of the Assumption parishioners.
