7th Grade Math & 8th Grade Religion/Math 3-16-15

8th Grade Math: We are still working with linear equations in slope-intercept form (sketching graphs and real-world problems). There will be a test over the end of Chapter 4 (4.4-4.5) next week (before Easter Break). Students need to be bringing their graphing calculators and rulers to class on a daily basis! Students should complete Simple Solutions Lesson 85 tonight, Lessons 86 and 87 Tuesday, and Lesson 88 Wednesday. The quiz over the lessons (85-88) is this Friday. Please continue to check your child’s agenda nightly for homework assignments/quiz dates. These may vary upon material covered in-class.

7th Grade Math: We have one more lesson to cover from Chapter 4 on Solving Algebraic Equations (Real-World Problems). Since this is the last section from Chapter 4, there will be a very short quiz on this material this Thursday (3/19).
