2011 – 2012 Home & School Officers

IMPORTANT DATES & INFORMATION FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL Year

2012 – 2013 Home and School Meeting Schedule

(The 2012-13 meetings are also posted on the School Calendar.)
Meetings are held at 6:30p.m. in the Spirit Center. St. Mary parents,
guardians and staff are all welcome.
Childcare & refreshments are provided.

Meetings are held in the Spirit Center the first Tuesday of the month except October this year.

Volunteerism
Volunteering is an essential element to the success of St. Mary School.  Therefore, all parents are expected to participate in some manner.  Holiday Happening is a key fundraiser of the year and necessitates the involvement from ALL parents/guardians.  Additionally, each grade will be assigned a volunteer responsibility.  Volunteer responsibility has been distributed as follows:

Kindergarten – Inflatable Day
1^st Grade – Kindergarten Graduation
2^nd Grade – Teacher Appreciation Luncheon
3^rd Grade – Fall/Spring Book Fair
4^th Grade – Teacher Appreciation Luncheon
5^th Grade – Teacher Appreciation Luncheon
6th Grade – Fall/Spring Book Fair
7^th Grade – 8^th Grade Dance/Graduation
8^th Grade – Bishop’s Reception (beginning of year)

Volunteer coordinators will work with the classroom coordinators from each grade to assist them with meeting necessary volunteer responsibilities and other needs for these events.
