WEEK OF APRIL 29 – MAY 3 – ROOM 300

Religion – Chapter 11 – Making good decisions – Test on Friday. Benediction – Tuesday House clean-up at Fire Station Park after Benediction – bring house shirt and grub clothes to change into. Mass – Thursday.

May Honor days – Each student chooses a day to honor Mary by bringing flowers for her shrine, leading a decade of the rosary, and showing especially good behavior to show their love. A note is being sent home on Monday with the date the student has chosen for his/her honor day.

Math - Learning areas of triangles, parallelograms and trapezoids. Quiz on Friday.

Language Arts - Reading novel Tuck Everlasting, using comprehension strategies. Daily reading and writing assignments.

EARLY DISMISSAL AT 1:00 ON FRIDAY.

April 22-26 – Room 300

Religion – Continue study and review Chapter 10 – Sacraments & sacramentals. Test will be on Wednesday. Room 300 is in charge of Thursday’s Mass. Hope that you can join us.

Language Arts – Earth Day ppt. and figurative language review. Continue work on poetry project which is due Thursday.

Math – Chapter 8 test on Monday. Earth Day activity. Simple Solutions 117-120. Quiz on Friday. We will also begin Chapter 10 – Finding the area of triangles.

Art - Complete animal close-ups and then start a Chinese project to compliment Social Studies unit.

SPRING GROUP PICTURES WILL BE TAKEN ON WEDNESDAY.
