7th grade: Week of April 30
First of all we would like to thank the parents who volunteered to work on the Graduation Dance. If you have not sent in the $5, please do so ASAP since the committee is starting to organize and buy needed supplies.
Social Studies: Students will have a quiz on Tuesday over 19.4. They will start learning about Imperialism and WWI on Wednesday.
Language Arts: In Literature the students started their last class novel- Things Not Seen. In English the students will continue to work on their original Children’s Story.
Religion: Unit 4 Review began today with the review pages being assigned as homework if they did not finish them in class. Unit test will be on Wednesday because of the early dismissal on Friday. We will review on Tuesday.
Science:Students will continue studying physics concepts such as acceleration and momentum. In-class activities to reinforce what they learn in the text this week. Test will be next week. Date to be determined based on progress made this week.
Reminder: Flower pick-up Friday and Saturday. We need student volunteers to help carry flowers and pull orders. Please check your calendar to see if your child is available. All proceeds benefit tuition assistance.
